External Charges

This is an English summary. The German version is legally binding.

All PostConnect app subscription and app usage fees are billed exclusively through Shopify. PostConnect does not use external payment providers for app fees.

Merchants need their own Austrian Post PLC account. Postage, shipping label costs, return label costs, carrier surcharges, COD fees, international charges, and other carrier-related costs are governed by the merchant's separate agreement with Austrian Post AG and are not collected by PostConnect.

Any shipping cost shown in PostConnect is an estimate only and does not trigger a payment.
