This is an English summary. The German version is legally binding.

PostConnect is a Shopify app that enables merchants to create shipping labels via the Austrian Post (PLC API). We collect the minimum data necessary to provide this service:

• Merchant data: Shop domain, PLC API credentials (AES-encrypted), sender addresses, settings
• Customer data: Recipient address, contact details, order data (for label creation and customs documentation)
• Tracking data: Tracking numbers and delivery status events

Data is shared only with Shopify (platform provider) and Austrian Post (shipping carrier). We do not sell data or use it for advertising. All data is stored on European servers with AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields. Upon app uninstall, all shop data is deleted within 48 hours.

When you visit this website, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) solely to deliver the pages and to fix errors. The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content – fonts are served from our own server as well.
