Euro amounts are rounded estimates at approx. $1 = €0.89; the actual amount depends on the exchange rate. Extra labels and extra mails are charged up to the monthly cap: Startup $35 (approx. €31), Growth $70 (approx. €62), Advanced $117 (approx. €104) – with AI Mail $59 / $93 / $140 (approx. €52 / €83 / €125). External charges may be billed by BIT62 separately from your Shopify invoice – learn more. Postage according to your contract with Austrian Post.
Pricing questions
Do I need a contract with Austrian Post?
Yes. You need a business customer account for Austrian Post's PLC interface. You enter the credentials once in the app. Postage and additional services are billed to you directly by Austrian Post.
Can I try PostConnect first?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 labels per month. With Austrian Post test credentials the app automatically switches to the test environment – no real shipments are created there.
How does billing work?
The app fee is charged monthly in US dollars on your Shopify invoice and can be cancelled at any time. Extra labels are charged up to your plan's cost cap. You pay postage to Austrian Post as usual.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time in the app. The new plan applies immediately.
