AI Mail: customer enquiries answer themselves
“Where is my parcel?” is the most common shipping question. AI Mail reads such enquiries in your mailbox, identifies order and shipment, and replies with the real tracking status.
With real data
Replies are based on the order and tracking data in PostConnect – not on guesses.
Pricing
AI Mail is available as an add-on for +$12 per month (approx. +€11), billed in USD through Shopify.
- Startup + AI Mail: $34 (approx. €31) with 25 mails
- Growth + AI Mail: $57 (approx. €51) with 50 mails
- Advanced + AI Mail: $104 (approx. €93) with 100 mails
