Plans, billing and costs

There are two separate types of cost with PostConnect.

App fee (PostConnect)

  • Monthly on your Shopify invoice in US dollars, cancel at any time. Euro amounts on the website are rounded estimates.
  • Every plan includes a number of labels. Beyond that, extra labels are charged up to the plan's cost cap (Startup $35, Growth $70, Advanced $117 per month; with AI Mail $59 / $93 / $140).
  • The Free plan includes 10 labels per month; extra labels are not available on it.

Postage (Austrian Post)

Postage and additional services are billed to you directly by Austrian Post according to your business contract. PostConnect does not charge postage.

You can change your plan at any time in the app; the new plan applies immediately.
