Set up PostConnect: your first label in 3 steps

PostConnect is ready in a few minutes. All you need is a business customer contract with Austrian Post and access to its PLC interface.

1. Connect your PLC account

In the app, open Settings and enter the PLC credentials you received from Austrian Post. With test credentials, PostConnect automatically switches to the test environment.

2. Add a sender address

Add at least one sender address. It appears on every label. Depending on your plan you can save several addresses, for example for a second warehouse.

3. Create your first label

Open an order in Shopify and choose Create label – or go to Orders in the app. Recipient, weight and product are pre-filled. Check, choose additional services, create, print.

The tracking number is added to Shopify automatically.
